1. Who We Are

This Privacy Statement covers DeltaCentauri Inc. (incorporated 1999) and the services it operates: CyberAgra (a trade name / DBA of DeltaCentauri Inc.), Love Yellow Pages, and CryptoNotes™. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean DeltaCentauri Inc., the data controller for the personal information described here.

2. Our Services

• CyberAgra — agricultural recordkeeping and production-cost accounting software for poultry, swine, cattle, and egg operations. Primarily business/customer account data.
• Love Yellow Pages — an adult (18+) dating and social-introduction service. Collects profile data, photos, location, and messages.
• CryptoNotes™ — end-to-end encrypted messaging. Messages are encrypted on the user's device and are not readable by us; they auto-delete after 24 hours.

3. Information We Collect

• Account data: email, username, display name, and the details you enter in your profile (Love Yellow Pages).
• Profile photos: images you upload to Love Yellow Pages.
• Connections: friend requests, matches, and interactions.
• Messages: see Section 4 — most are end-to-end encrypted and not accessible to us.
• Business data (CyberAgra): farm/operation records you enter; this is your business data processed on your behalf.

4. CryptoNotes™ Encryption

CryptoNotes™ messages are encrypted on your device using keys that never leave it. We cannot read the content of CryptoNotes™ messages, and by design they auto-delete from our systems 24 hours after delivery. Manual deletion is available at any time.

5. How We Use Information

• To create and operate your account and deliver matches, friend requests, and messages.
• To verify identity/age and moderate content for safety (Love Yellow Pages).
• To provide and improve the software services you use.

6. Account Deletion

Love Yellow Pages users may permanently delete their account at any time from inside the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion removes the profile, photos, matches, and messages from our servers, satisfying your right to erasure under applicable privacy law.

7. External Links & Remote Sites

Our services may provide links or buttons that let you sign in to or use remote / third-party websites and services. Those external sites are operated by independent parties and are governed entirely by their own terms of use and privacy policies. When you use an external link to log in or transact on a remote site, that interaction is between you and that site. Additional terms and fees may apply as stated on the respective website, and we are not a party to those agreements.

8. Contact Materials & User Files

Any contact information, files, images, or other materials exchanged between members ("contact materials") do not belong to DeltaCentauri Inc. and are not stored on or hosted by this website. Contact materials remain the property of the individuals who created them and are handled under the encryption and deletion rules of the relevant feature (e.g., CryptoNotes™). We are not responsible for the content of contact materials exchanged between members.

9. Children

Love Yellow Pages is a dating service for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and minimal analytics to operate and improve the services. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account deletion feature or contact us at the address below.
