1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the services operated by DeltaCentauri Inc. (incorporated 1999): CyberAgra (a trade name / DBA of DeltaCentauri Inc.), Love Yellow Pages, and CryptoNotes™. By using any of these services you agree to these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Love Yellow Pages is a dating and social-introduction platform for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Love Yellow Pages account.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information; one person may hold only one Love Yellow Pages account.
• You may delete your Love Yellow Pages account at any time from the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data from our servers.

4. Acceptable Use (Love Yellow Pages)

You agree not to:

• Post sexually explicit, nudity, or pornographic content (profiles and photos are moderated).
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or discriminate against any person.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Share another person's private information without consent.
• Use the service for prostitution, escort services, trafficking, or any unlawful purpose.
• Automate, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of photos and text you post to Love Yellow Pages. By posting, you grant DeltaCentauri Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the service for as long as your account exists. You are solely responsible for content you upload and must have the right to share it.

6. External Links & Remote Sites

Our services may include links or sign-in buttons for remote / third-party websites and services. Those external sites are independent and governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. If you use an external link to log in to or transact on a remote site, that is between you and that site; additional terms and fees may apply as stated on the respective website. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any external site.

7. Contact Materials & User Files

Any contact information, files, images, or other materials exchanged between members ("contact materials") do not belong to DeltaCentauri Inc. and are not stored on or hosted by this website. Contact materials remain the property of their creators and are handled under the encryption and deletion rules of the relevant feature (such as CryptoNotes™ end-to-end encryption with 24-hour auto-deletion). We disclaim responsibility for the content of contact materials exchanged between members.

8. Moderation & Termination

We may review content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice where warranted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that a service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any member is who they claim to be. You use the services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeltaCentauri Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services, including interactions with other members.

11. Intellectual Property

Love Yellow Pages™, CryptoNotes™, and related marks are trademarks of DeltaCentauri Inc. CyberAgra is a trade name (DBA) of DeltaCentauri Inc. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
